Hatha Yoga is a slower yoga practice where each asana/posture is individual to the next. The class will incorporate standing, balancing and seated asanas with a relaxing shavasana to end. Builds strength & flexibility and helps ease away any tension & stress for a feeling of rejuvenation & calm. Suitable for beginners and beyond.

Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to staying active and healthy. To ensure fair access to our classes for all clients, we require you to make cancellations or reschedule at least 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations/reschedules made after this notice period will incur a charge of the class pass. No-shows will be treated the same. This policy allows us time to offer unused spots to other members and maintain a seamless scheduling process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a supportive fitness community and to enable our small business to continue. Thank you for your support.
