Yang/Yin - Vinyasa Flow to Slow (Wed)

Service Description
Beginning with a short pranayama/breathwork, followed by a dynamic Vinyasa style Yoga practice moving into slow Yin postures and ending with a soothing led Shavasana. An all encompassing practice benefiting from movement and breath-work, through the body. Pranayama/breathwork practice to help you ground down, reducing stress and clear the mind in readiness for a mix of asanas/postures to build strength and flexibility. Moving into deeper Yin postures taking time to move into the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascia, allowing you to turn inwards and tune into both your mind's and the physical sensations of your body. The session ends with a soothing, guided shavasana/relaxation for a feeling of rejuvenation and calm. Suitable for those with some experience of yoga.
